Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000 annually (DOE)
Role Overview
The Contract Administrator supports all contract activities across MSHS Pacific Power Group. This role ensures customer, vendor, and service agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal policies. The position works closely with sales teams in every region, which is why onsite presence in either Fort Lauderdale or Kent is preferred. The administrator maintains contract records, monitors lifecycle milestones, and partners with internal stakeholders to keep contract processes efficient and audit ready.
This role is key for keeping our sales, service, and operations teams supported with timely, accurate, and well-documented agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process customer agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and other commercial documents
- Verify that all contract terms comply with company policies, legal requirements, and relevant regulations
- Maintain an organized and centralized contract repository; manage version control and document integrity
- Track contract deadlines, renewal dates, obligations, and deliverables; notify stakeholders proactively
- Support internal audits, due diligence, and reporting through accurate documentation and file management
- Assist in revising, improving, and standardizing templates and workflows across the organization
- Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager and cross-functional sales teams
Required Qualifications - Associate or bachelor degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
- 2 or more years of contract administration or similar experience
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and document accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with contract management systems preferred
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills - Experience within industrial, marine, power generation, or engineering service environments
- Familiarity with contract law fundamentals and compliance requirements
- Experience with ERP or document management tools such as SharePoint, DocuSign, or similar
