Job Description
We are looking for a talented Director of Global Tax to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
The Director, Global Tax is a trusted advisor to executive management, providing guidance on tax consequences of business decisions and developing tax optimization strategies. The Director, Global Tax is responsible for completion of federal, international, and local income tax returns including all related analysis and support. This position has oversight of the tax returns for the Company's operations, including its international operations. Responsible for audits of all foreign, federal, state and local tax filings. Oversees transfer pricing and management fee arrangements. This individual acts as a liaison with operating management on tax issues and accounting staff on tax accounting issues, is responsible for tax provision and book/tax accounting and reconciliations, and ensures that appropriate internal controls are in place over accounting for income taxes. Operating as the departmental liaison with IT staff on all technical matters relating to tax applications, the Director, Global Tax assists the CEO and CFO with tax planning issues as required.
This is a full-time and remote position based in the U.S., unless the individual is based in the greater Phoenix area and will be working in a hybrid work style (3-4 days in our Scottsdale office).
