We're looking for a motivated OE Parts Sales Representative to increase sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and build lasting relationships. This role is remote and can be in any significant metro area east of the Mississippi river.
What You'll Do
Drive Sales
Meet or exceed targets, follow up on quotes, pursue new opportunities, and introduce new products and programs.
Support Customers
Respond quickly to inquiries and provide accurate product details, pricing, and availability.
Manage Orders
Process orders and returns accurately; coordinate with shipping for on-time delivery.
Build Relationships
Maintain strong customer connections and ensure satisfaction.
Stay Ahead
Keep up with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
What We're Looking For
Experience
3+ years in parts sales (heavy equipment preferred).
Education
High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
Skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills; proven ability to hit sales goals; proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
