DoverStaffing, is currently seeking Remote Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our client in the downtown Atlanta, GA location. These positions are long-term temporary remote assignments.

• Paid Training (2 weeks) will be provided for all selected candidates and for up to 1 week of nesting.
• Class will be in-person.
• The training class hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm onsite.
• Shift hours are between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm but we prefer flexibility.

Responsibilities:
Experienced customer-service call center representatives are needed to work in a high-volume call center environment.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience in a high-volume call center environment and prior customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Knowledge and proficient computer skills in MS Office to include Outlook.
• Ability to learn processes, procedures, and apply knowledge acquired.
• For Bilingual applicants, required language is Spanish and English speaking, read, and written communications.
• Strong critical thinking skills and analytical ability.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Requires minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download.

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00 for Non-bilingual, $18.00 for Bilingual (Spanish)
