This is a Japanese startup bakery shop that will be expanding as a franchise across California.
We welcome a Head Baker who can take a leadership role and actively participate in product development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily bakery production and maintain product quality
• Develop and improve bakery and pastry items
• Support menu development for future franchise locations
• Train and guide bakery staff as needed
• Ensure consistency, efficiency, and food safety standards

• Extensive experience in bakery and pastry production
• Strong knowledge of dough, bread, and pastry handling
• Hands-on, flexible, and proactive mindset
• Interest in growing with a startup and franchise business
