Licensed Bail Agent – Los Angeles Office ABBA Bail Bonds, a leading California bail agency, is seeking a Licensed Bail Agent to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

Bail Agent / Collections / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:

Negotiate payment arrangements and collect delinquent accounts

Resolve customer disputes and perform skip tracing when necessary

Conduct collection activities via phone calls and emails

Handle general office and administrative duties

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Licensed Bail Agent (California Department of Insurance)

Clean criminal and DMV record

1–3 years of experience in the bail industry

Reliable transportation to travel to and from jail locations

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Ability to handle high call and email volumes

Commitment to delivering the highest level of professional service
