Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Blender to join our production team. The Blender is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and blending raw materials according to company formulas and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail,the ability to follow instructions, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials and ingredients according to specified formulas
  
  
• Operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently
  
  
• Monitor blending process and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistency
  
  
• Label and record batch information accurately
  
  
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work area according to safety and quality standards
  
  
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  
  
• Assist with inventory control of raw materials and report low stock
  
  
• Coordinate with other production team members to ensure smooth workflow
  
  
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Previous experience in blending, mixing, or food/chemical production preferred
  
  
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and batch records
  
  
• Basic math and measurement skills
  
  
• Physically capable of lifting up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs], standing for long periods, and working in varying temperatures
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
  
  
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Production or warehouse environment
  
  
• May involve exposure to noise, dust, and strong odors depending on materials used
  
  
• Must follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
