• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral support strategies
• Develop new programs and adjust existing ones as needed
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team (including directors, parents, and other professionals) to review case progress
• Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists on policies and procedures
• Communicate regularly with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, and authorizations
• Manage a caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory responsibilities

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, or Master's degree with completion of ABA coursework
• Knowledge of ABA and DTT required
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (fluency in additional languages is a plus)
• Aptitude for higher-level management functions when required
• Ability to maintain regular communication with the team regarding client needs and schedules
• Bilingual/Multilingual candidates may qualify for increased base pay

• Base Salary: $75,000 to $85,000
