Our client, a dynamic and innovative manufacturing organization specializing in high-volume trade show productions, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their dedicated team. As a CNC Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $25

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 10

What's the Job?

• Operate in-house 3-axis CNC router machines efficiently and accurately

• Assist in CAD creation of basic shapes to meet production requests

• Collaborate with designers, carpenters, and team leaders using provided cut files and urgent priorities

• Maintain equipment according to manufacturer guidelines, including scheduled maintenance and cleanliness standards

• Ensure a safe working environment by organizing input and output to machines

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience operating production-style CNC routers

• Proficiency with V-Carve Pro, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Multicam or similar software

• Strong attention to detail and understanding of display, product, and industrial design

• Ability to use hand and power tools proficiently

• Capability to lift 50+ lbs and work 40+ hours per week, including weekends during peak periods
