Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting inventory management, shipping, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records of all inventory and stock movements
- Inspecting stock for damages and documenting any issues found
- Organizing warehouse space to optimize workflow and safety
- Preparing orders for shipment and recording shipment details accurately
- Experience operating sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with inventory management software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
