Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating numerically controlled machines while maintaining quality and production standards. This is a 1st shift position with opportunities for growth as the role develops.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines using Siemens controls
  
  
• Set up and monitor machines to ensure proper operation
  
  
• Use basic machinist tools to inspect parts and verify specifications
  
  
• Perform routine quality checks and adjustments as needed
  
  
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as a machine operator with numerically controlled machines
  
  
• Experience operating CNC machines with Siemens controls
  
  
• Ability to use basic machinist tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality
  
  
• Dependable and able to work scheduled 1st shift hours

• Manufacturing or machining environment experience
  
  
• Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions
