Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience and qualifications. WSCAH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid medical, dental, and life insurance, retirement plan with 6% match after one year of employment, as well as paid holidays and vacation leave.
Position Overview
West Side Campaign Against Hunger is seeking a relationship-driven and strategic Senior Donor Engagement Manager to deepen donor engagement and expand philanthropic support for WSCAH's mission. This role manages a portfolio of mid- and major-level donors, creates thoughtful and personalized engagement strategies, and partners closely with organizational leaders to inspire sustained giving. The Senior Donor Engagement Manager will strengthen donor relationships through meaningful communication, tailored stewardship, and data-informed portfolio management, contributing to WSCAH's long-term fundraising growth.
