About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong reporting and analytics expertise and prior experience working with the Odessa platform. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for our equipment finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
  • Design and build custom reports and dashboards within the Odessa platform.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting needs and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Document reporting processes and maintain knowledge repositories.
  • Partner with IT and Odessa support teams for troubleshooting and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Odessa platform (reporting, analytics, and configuration).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of equipment finance or leasing domain.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
