Salary range: $105,000 - $125,000 annually, plus potential for commission and bonus. Holland is seeking an experienced and professional Senior Property Manager with high-level communication skills, along with a service and goal-oriented mindset to lead our property management team across our multi-site community, Alina and Apex the One in vibrant downtown Los Angeles, California. The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple residential multifamily properties, or a single complex property, and the mentorship and training of assigned Property Managers within the region.
