Reasons Eating Disorder Center (Reasons) is seeking candidate professionals, preferably with previous experience working with eating disorders, trauma, substance use and LGBTQIA communities to provide compassionate care to both adult and adolescent patients in our Reasons Inpatient eating disorder program at BHC Alhambra Hospital. The Case Manager for Reasons is responsible for managing the social work and discharge planning coordination offered to the Reasons patients, which may include the appropriate clinical screening and assessment of new admissions, input into the establishment of treatment plans, interfacing with the treatment team/external case managers, authorizations, and utilization review with managed care organizations.
