As a hybrid remote CBRE Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing all departmental finance functions for an aerospace company located in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role is open to candidates residing in either the Southern California or greater Phoenix area. This position is integral to the Financial Strategy and Operations job function, where you will be responsible for upholding and ensuring compliance with all accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. You will be a key contributor to the financial health and operational efficiency of the department.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the [Finance Director] position is $140,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the [Finance Director] position is $170,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
