• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Agile methodologies into project workflows.
• Utilize RALLY to track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Implement Agile PLM processes to enhance product lifecycle management and improve efficiency.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster team collaboration
• Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in the adoption of Agile practices.
• Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support the development and implementation of Agile training programs for team members.

• Possesses strong experience in RALLY and Agile Methodologies to drive project success. - Demonstrate expertise in Agile PLM processes to enhance product lifecycle management. - Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
