Overview

We're a skilled nursing facility looking for dynamic associates to join our team and provide our guests with a care experience that will change their lives! If you are a customer service oriented individual with an Administrative Assistant background, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Assist the administrator in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and directing the day to day functions of the facility, in an administrative capacity.
  • Assist with Receptionist duties
  • Assist the HR director and department directors in administrative requests
  • Assist with Family visits
  • Assist with Admission department
  • Organize files, prepare correspondence, generates reports.

  • Schedules interviews, assists with onboarding, new hire paperwork.
  • Assist with payroll and schedules as needed.


Requirements
  • Can do attitude
  • Strong computer aptitude, especially with excel
  • Detail oriented
  • 6 months as an administrative assistant
  • 6 months working in the healthcare field
