Title: Sr. Business Data Analyst

Client : PennyMac

Location: 5 days onsite Westlake CA (3043 Townsgate Rd STE 200, Westlake Village, CA 91361) preferred but might consider Plano TX (2201 W Plano Pkwy suite 300, Plano, TX 75075)

Manager Notes:

• Strong business knowledge within the Financial Services industry is essential for this role. Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred and will be a strong advantage.

• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including scripting and complex query writing.
• Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven ability to analyze data, design relational databases, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams
• Project management skills.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation and process improvement is a plus.
• Foundational programming knowledge and scripting experience are beneficial.
