Description:

"• Manage & update IT assets lifecycle (track, diagnose, document, repair, provisioning, imaging, inventory, EOL prep, refresh, receiving & shipping, quality assurance, deployment.)

• Perform & maintain document diagnostics, deployments, data wipes, legal holds, quarantine, manage warranty claims, and vendor coordination.

• Collaborate with other teams/departments to meet SLAs or complete projects.

• Microsoft 365- Teams, Excel, Outlook, Data Wipe & Symantec Imaging Software "
