Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
Programming skills in Python and familiarity with Azure.
Strong understanding of UX principles in chatbot design.
Experience with adaptive cards, Power Virtual Agents, and conversational AI.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
