The City of Anaheim Community Services Department is seeking to hire Part Time Park Rangers. Under moderate supervision, this position will patrol 65 municipal parks, conduct restroom checks, lock restrooms, secure gates, educate the public on rules and polices and submit reports. Park Rangers act as liaisons between the City of Anaheim and other internal and external departments. Candidates are expected to be able to multitask, problem solve, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. This is a part-time year-round position of approximately 15-20 hours per week; however, no minimum number of hours is guaranteed. Candidates will be required to submit a minimum of 30 hours of availability. Shifts will be second shift (4:00 pm-12:00 am) and weekends.
