Description:

As a Pub Manager, you are the "Floor General." You will bridge the gap between back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH), ensuring that whether we have 5 or 40 employees on the floor, our service is seamless and our hospitality is unmatched. Youll be the master of day-to-day operations, focusing on the numbers that drive successlabor and COGSwhile never losing sight of the guest experience. JOB DESCRIPTION:Manage, coach, and inspire a diverse team of 540 hourly employees per shift. Youll be responsible for scheduling and leading high-impact pre-shift huddles. Execute high-volume shifts with precision. Youll problem-solve on the fly, ensuring both staff and guests stay happy during peak rushes. Manage labor percentages and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). Youll handle inventory, ordering, and forecasting to ensure the pub is always prepared for the next wave. While you don't need to be a Master Cicerone, youll oversee beverage quality.
