Prepares food and beverage items using proper preparation procedures and sanitation guidelines. Uses all equipment according to safety standards and regulations. Prepared food that meets all Legends expectations and Health Department guidelines. Initiates transactions and acquaints guests with menu items and uses suggestive selling techniques. IDs all guests and serves alcoholic beverages responsibly. Totals and assembles guests orders, receives payment, and completes transactions accurately. Uses Point of Sale equipment correctly and accurately. Ends transactions in a positive way, such as Thank You or Enjoy the Game.Maintains high standards of friendly guest service.
