Overview
We're hiring a Technical Training Lead to own and scale company-wide technology training for a global organization of ~4,000 employees. This role is centered on learning, documenting, and teaching, with a strong first-year focus on AI enablement.

You'll rapidly learn new tools, build modern training content, and deliver high-impact in-person and virtual sessions. The role begins as an individual contributor and is expected to grow into a people leadership position over time.
What You'll Do

• Own and lead technical training initiatives across the organization
  
• Design and deliver scalable training programs for global teams
  
• Rapidly learn new platforms, document workflows, and create structured training content
  
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across multiple offices
  
• Travel as needed to conduct on-site trainings
  
• Partner with IT, HR/People, Operations, and business teams to identify training needs
  
• Create modern training content using AI-driven tools (e.g., Synthesia)
  
• Develop and manage training content in the Workday LMS
  
• Measure training adoption and effectiveness and continuously improve programs
  

• ~90% of Year 1 dedicated to ChatGPT and AI training
  
• Deliver impactful AI enablement within a 90-day window
  
• High-visibility, executive-sponsored initiative
  
• Remaining focus on onboarding and enterprise tools
  

• AI tools and platforms
  
• Microsoft 365
  
• Slack, Zoom, Box, Asana
  
• Salesforce, Workday, Okta
  
• Security and compliance tools (e.g., KnowBe4)
  

• 5-7 years of experience in technical training, enablement, or corporate education
  
• Experience training large, enterprise audiences
  
• Strong content creation and facilitation skills
  
• High technical fluency and ability to quickly learn new tools
  
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, especially ChatGPT
  
• Experience with LMS platforms (Workday required)
  
• Comfortable traveling for on-site trainings
  
• Confident, engaging presenter with strong emotional intelligence
  
• Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about teaching
  
  Prior people management experience or readiness to step into leadership
• Experience with gamification or creative learning formats
