Oversee daily lifeguard operations and rotations to maintain proper staffing and efficiency. Evaluate lifeguard performance and provide feedback for growth and retention. Administer general and on-the-job training for aquatic team members. Assist management in coaching and counseling lifeguard team members as needed. Ensure the safety of Guests and employees remains the highest priority. Conduct safety audits on aquatic attendants, lifeguards, and head lifeguards. Facilitate proactive and reactive safety responses to emergency situations and inform management of incidents. Maintain 30-second protection standard over Guests in the assigned zone of protection. Complete live audit logs in accordance with Star. Guard Elite standards. Ensure compliance with all operational and safety procedures outlined in SOPs.
