This new HR Generalist role reports directly to the HR Director and is a high-impact, hands-on position designed for someone ready to make an immediate difference. The ideal candidate will take ownership of employee relations, compliance, benefits, and HR processes while building trust with both employees and leadership. Youll be the go-to resource for HR guidance, support investigations and performance management, lead the rollout of the employee handbook to ensure California compliance, and help build and maintain HR systems; currently manual but with the opportunity to implement technology.
