Join Our Dynamic Team as a Facility Maintenance Specialist!

Your Role: You will undertake light maintenance and housekeeping tasks that ensure our property is always at its best. Your efforts will be essential in providing guests with a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Light & Preventive Maintenance: Perform basic repairs and upkeep throughout the facility, including:
• Plumbing: Unclogging sinks and toilets.
• Electrical: Replacing light bulbs and switches.
• Studio Maintenance: Conduct preventive upkeep like painting and pest control.
• General Cleaning: Oversee carpet shampooing and exterior maintenance.
• Room Preparation & Inspection: Ensure guest rooms are ready and in compliance with brand standards after each check-out, resolving any maintenance issues.
• Cleaning & Staging: Maintain cleanliness in public areas according to our high standards and properly stage guest room supplies.
• Waste Management: Manage trash disposal and treat linens for stains prior to removal.

Additional Support:

• Laundry Duties: Assist in washing, drying, and folding linens while managing laundry facilities.
• Cross-Training: Be open to learning and performing tasks for our Move-Out and Stay-Over Attendants as required.
• On-Call Requirements: Be available for emergency situations, clocking in and out as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in light maintenance and housekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge: Understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting tasks.

Skills:

• Equipment Operation: Ability to operate light equipment safely.
• Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak proficient English.
• Problem Solving: Competent in following written procedures and adapting to changing tasks.
• Service Orientation: Always respond positively and helpfully to guests and team members.
