The Director of Corporate Partnerships, Events and Volunteer Services is responsible for leading Union Rescue Missions (URM) strategic planning and execution of all corporate partnerships, events and volunteer initiatives. This role ensures that each partnership, event and volunteer engagement opportunity reflects the Missions Christ-centered values, advances community partnerships, supports fundraising goals, and strengthens relationships with donors, churches, and community supporters. The Director oversees a team responsible for organizing impactful experiencesfrom large-scale fundraising events and community outreach activities to daily volunteer operations that engage thousands of individuals in URMs ministry of life transformation. The director will work with internal teams, external consultants, volunteer advisory groups, and partner organizations to achieve specific goals and deliverables.
