Description:

We are seeking a organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership team. The main responsibility of this position will include supporting the leadership team through various duties. This individual must demonstrate impeccable discretion, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to operate with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and delivers polished, high-quality results. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as requested.
Assist with research, data entry, and project coordination.
Handle occasional personal tasks and errands that support executive productivity.
Maintain confidential documents, financial information, and personal records
Support long-term planning and strategic projects
Represent the employer with professionalism and discretion at all times

Qualifications.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Salary/Compensation: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour
