POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The Pickline Replenisher is responsible for replenishing the pickline product flow locations to assure continual product availability for pick/pack operation. This role requires flexibility with work schedule, ability to work overtime, Saturdays, and some Holidays as required to meet business needs.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Ensure set replenishment reports are processed and reviewed in a timely manner.
• Perform product replenishment using direct replenishment application process to identify pickline items to be replenished to assure product availability for pick/pack operation.
• Assure items are stocked correctly in their designated pickline location according to the appropriate configuration and selling unit of measure with zero errors.
• Accurately record products transferred within the warehouse and provide real-time update to the inventory management system with the use of the radio frequency bar coding system.
• Assist with cycle count and physical inventory processes in accordance with set counting schedules. Accurately record counts and report any variances found during count process.
• Report any inventory discrepancies discovered during the replenishment process.
• Ensure products are returned to correct designated location when processing returns and back-to-stock products.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Follow and adhere to all Herbalife policies, rules and regulations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels
• Mathematical skills
• Knowledge and ability to operate handheld scanners
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and transfer boxes of products throughout the day

Experience:

• 2 years' experience in general warehousing
• Good working knowledge of warehousing operations as it relates to the specific function of product movement and inventory systems

Education:

• High school education

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced in operating electric pallet jacks
• Some experienced in operating computers and applications (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel, etc)
