We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate FEMALE COMPANION to assist a lovely FEMALE PATIENT who resides in Santa Monica. This position is part-time and during the week, but on various days. Please do not ask to change the days or the times. Patient does have Dementia but is a delight to be around.

SHIFT:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
4:30pm - 9:30pm

DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
*Companionship
*Meal Preparation
*Medication Reminders
*Driving patient when necessary

MUST HAVE:
*At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
*Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance which shows you are a covered driver
*Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
*Current TB Test Results (or proof you have recently taken a test)
*COVID Vaccination Card
*Second Form of ID compliant with I-9: Social Security Card, US Passport, US Birth Certificate, Valid EAC, etc.
