The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in our assisted living facility's dining area and kitchen. This position involves efficiently cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used during meal service. The Dishwasher ensures proper handling and storage of cleaned items, assists in kitchen cleanup, and follows established safety and hygiene protocols. This role also contributes to a positive dining experience for our residents by supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional meals. The Dishwasher's efforts directly contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our residents and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. This position reports to the Culinary Director.

Prolonged periods walking or standing. Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 25 pounds at a time. Must be able to bend, stoop, and wipe frequently. Must frequently immerse hands in water. Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.
