About the Role

We're seeking a proactive, highly dependable Shipping Associate to take ownership of daily shipping operations. This is a key role for someone who thrives with autonomy, manages priorities independently, and takes pride in keeping things moving accurately and efficiently.

You'll handle everything from ecommerce shipments to palletized freight orders for our retail partners—making you a critical link between our production floor and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pack, label, and ship ecommerce orders accurately and on time
  • Prepare palletized freight shipments and retailer orders
  • Coordinate outbound freight as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized shipping station and manage supply inventory
  • Identify and resolve shipping issues independently, escalating when necessary
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Production to ensure seamless fulfillment
  • Occasionally assist with receiving inbound shipments and organizing inventory

Requirements

  • Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Detail-Oriented: Accuracy matters—every shipment counts
  • Efficient: Able to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities
  • Reliable: Consistent attendance and follow-through are essential
  • Collaborative: Communicates clearly with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in shipping, ecommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or freight
  • Familiarity with ShipStation is a plus

Position Details

  • Pay: Starting at $23/hour (DOE)
  • Schedule: Full-time, on-site in Chatsworth, CA
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision available after 60 days
