As a Route Service Technician Trainee, you will:
- Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations.
- Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Provide emergency on-call service.
- Deliver and pick up chemicals.
- Collect payments and follow up on accounts.
- Build rapport with customers and resolve concerns.
- Train customers on product usage and safety.
- Negotiate service renewals and pricing.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role.
- Comfort with driving and mechanical tasks (experience preferred).
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to climb stairs at customer and branch locations.
- A strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset.
