Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and promptly notifying appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.; Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or unauthorized access, and report concerns according to site procedures.; Complete detailed reports and documentation for incidents, patrol observations, and service requests, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
