Kaiser Permanente - - Responsibilities: Prepare conventional and convenience type foods according to production sheets and standing orders for distribution to tray line, cafeteria, and catering services.; Maintain sanitation of food service work areas and/or food service stations; sanitize cooking utensils.; Requisitions or procure food supplies according to established guidelines.; Replenish food items as needed.; Clean and decontaminate patient care and work area stations, sanitize utensils, wash and rinse, and dispose.
