Warehouse Associate

Location: Torrance | Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support inventory control and material handling in our cGMP manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring materials move accurately and efficiently from receiving through production and shipping, directly supporting our ability to deliver high-quality products on time.

What You'll Do

1. Receive, inspect, and log inbound shipments
2. Verify quantities, documentation, and material condition
3. Store and dispense raw materials, reagents, and solvents for production
4. Prepare samples and documentation for QC testing
5. Maintain inventory records, labels, and certificates
6. Perform routine inventory counts and reconciliations
7. Assist with shipping finished products to customers
8. Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional partners
9. Support general warehouse operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree in Applied Science (Chemistry, Biology, or related field) preferred
• 12 years of related warehouse, lab, or manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computer systems and documentation
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work cross-functionally
• Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated

Salary: $22/hr - $25/hr
