Compensation Range: $25.00 to $28.00 hourly plus excellent benefits. This is a full-time and on-site position.
Founded in 1975, PACE (Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment) is a community nonprofit organization serving over 60,000 residents annually across Los Angeles County. PACE programs encompasses: business development; early childhood education (Head Start); financial education and asset building; housing and rehabilitation services; weatherization and energy-conservation programs; and affordable housing development.
PACE Energy in particular helps low income families and individuals with utility assistance, improving home comfort, safety, and energy efficiency through state and federal programs such as LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) and WAP (Weatherization Assistance Program).
PACE Energy Department is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Weatherization Scheduler/Dispatcher to join the team! This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of job scheduling for weatherization services performed under contracts with the Department of Energy (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program and the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). This position serves as the primary liaison between clients, field crews, inspectors, and management to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of weatherization projects while maintaining compliance with all program requirements.
