Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: serving as the main point-of-contact between gameday employees, Security Operations personnel, and the Facility Maintenance and Housekeeping Department; answering phones and radio calls in a timely manner; ingesting issues and concerns, with the ability to disseminate these issues in a clear, concise, and rapid manner to the Trades Department, and Facility/Housekeeping Management; prioritizing the safety of employees and guests; dispatching service personnel; maintaining security and maintenance call logs; and, working in conjunction with all Security Operations Center staff to ensure procedure/protocol is followed.
The pay rate for the Dispatcher is $17.90 per hour. This position is also eligible for sick time (after 90 days of employment), 401k employee contribution participation after 3 months of employment and complimentary tickets to games (12 per season)
Duties: Will be responsible for obtaining information from various departments and inputting the information into the computer-based 24/7 Software system, Fresh Service (Facility Maintenance System) and Smartsheet. Ability to learn the functions of other departments to be able to log incidents during an event in the system properly and accordingly. Assists security personnel to ensure MLB and Angels Baseball security standards are met, while focusing on the Facility Maintenance and Housekeeping Operation.
