Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support our warehouse operations. This role ensures that orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders with accuracy and care
• Verify items, quantities, and shipping details before dispatch
• Prepare and print shipping labels and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Ecommerce, Sales) to resolve order issues
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and restocking inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support high-volume periods (including promotional and holiday peaks) with urgency and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment xywuqvp
• Basic computer skills (experience with shipping software or ERP systems is a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
