ABM Industries - - Responsibilities: Transport, load and unload passengers at designated pick-up and drop-off locations; Ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers, including handling of equipment for passengers with special needs; Inspect vehicles on a regular basis and perform routine cleaning and bus maintenance; Provide excellent customer service to guests and give directions to destinations; Report incidents or claims to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead
