Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project 1
Location: Monterey Park, CA 91754 - Hybrid 2 days onsite (some traveling to other service centers; Monrovia, Ontario)
Duration: 18 Months
Work Hours: M-F 8-5
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.
Required Skills:
Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions; ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records; proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required;
associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
