About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service during assigned shifts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for leading teams and delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the restaurant team during assigned shifts
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Support staff training, coaching, and performance management
• Handle cash management, inventory, and basic reporting tasks
• Coordinate with management to achieve sales targets and operational goals

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in the food & beverage or restaurant industry (supervisory experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
