Food Preparer
Pay Rate: $22.50 up to $30.15 hourly with No Medical Insurance!

Starting July 1st, 2026, up to $33.15

LSG Sky Chefs with over 75 years of Catering history is hiring immediately for Full-Time team players to prepare products for our Airline, E-Commerce, and Retail customers. We are the world's leading provider of end-to-end airline products and services with a fast-growing footprint in Convenience Retail and Subscription Food Service.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Must be able to read airline specifications
• Pack and assemble food with specifications using diagrams

• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Must be available to work any shift scheduled
• Good attendance
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to follow HACCP regulations
• Must be able to fill out appropriate paperwork
• Must be able to work in refrigerated areas
• The customer service associate is responsible to plating all food to the exact specifications given by the airlines.
• Must be able to set up trays and minimal cutting of food.

• Be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
• Pass a background check and clear a drug screen
• Be able to stand for the FULL duration of the shift
• Be available to work in a 38- degree cold room, only when necessary
• Be a team player and work well with a diverse team from all over the world!
• Ability to comprehend verbal & written specifications in English
• Possess basic math skills
• MUST be able to work a Flexible schedule; This is a 24 hour operation, 7 days a week

• This is a Union Position- must be willing to pay union dues after 14 days
• Must be available to work a full-time position, including Weekends and Holidays as needed
• Must be able to complete the application/orientation process in English
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds occasionally, 50+ pounds frequently & 10+ pounds consistently. Bend / stoop & twist repeatedly & stand for 8 - 12 hours a day
